Orbasic – Return & Exchange Policy
At Orbasic, we aim to provide a premium shopping experience and complete customer satisfaction. We understand that you may occasionally need to return or exchange a product, so we have outlined a clear and flexible policy to help you.
Returns
- Upon delivery, the courier will wait while you inspect your order.
- If the product does not meet your expectations or the size does not fit, you may return it on the spot, provided you cover the shipping fees.
- Returns are only accepted at the time of delivery and must be handed back directly to the courier.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order.
Exchange Fees:
Exchange fees range from 60 EGP to 90 EGP, depending on your city.
You may exchange the product for:
- A different size
- A different color (if available)
- Another product of equal value
Exchange Requirements:
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Returned with all tags and original packaging
Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Products that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Customized or special-order items
General Terms & Conditions
- Orbasic reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request if the item does not meet the required conditions.
- Orbasic may modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
